Building Insulation and CNC Shaped Foam Products
Capability:
Drew Foam of Georgia provides building insulation and CNC shaped foam products for a variety of applications across a spectrum of industries. Insulation materials include expanded polystyrene (EPS) and soft foams. EPS is easy to manipulate, has unlimited fabrication possibilities, possesses a stable R (resistance to heat flow) value of 3.85 @ 1.0 pcf, is moisture resistant, does not support nor promote mold or mildew and is recyclable and environmentally friendly. Benefits of insulation include noise reduction, interior comfort, reduced heating and cooling costs. There are many insulating applications, including attics and cathedral ceilings, between studs and floor joists, under slab and inner walls.
We design and fabricate CNC shaped foam products for such applications as architectural detailing and display items. We also utilize polyethylene, polyurethane and cross linked forms for these products and laminate finishing is available. Size ranges are .25" to 192" long, .25" to 48" wide, and .25" to 36" high, with typical lead times of 2 weeks, in small to large production volume. All fabrication takes place on site at our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, along with other value added services including shipping, warehousing and recycling.
